Shipping
Shipping Schedule
We ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure all packages are received by the end of the week. If the weather is extremely hot or cold en route or at the destination, we will wait to ship until the weather is more favorable. All orders go out USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number sent to you on the day of shipping. Your box will arrive in 2-3 days from mailing.
Winter Shipping
All items shipped in the winter to cold climates will be shipped with winter wrapping and heat packs.
International Shipping
We do not ship Internationally at this time.
Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packing plants; however, very occasionally, damage occurs in transit that is beyond our control. If your package arrives damaged, keep all of your packing materials, and please let us know immediately. We do not guarantee blooms/buds/spikes.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rate charged is for USPS Priority Mail. If another carrier or service (such as over-night or expedited) is requested, please contact us, and the difference in rates will be charged.
